Week Six 14^th June 2004

Excavation work is completed and the floor of Meeting Room Two is prepared for its concrete base. The delivery system is set up and liquid cement is pumped into the undercroft.

A specialised lorry arrives with pumping equipment and long pipe for delivery of liquid cement.The arm reaches over the pavement, along the side of the church and into the undercroft.

The lorry containing cement arrives and connects to the pumping lorry. The liquid cement is delivered down the pipe and into the undercroft where our builders (wearing wellington boots) are busy directing the flow and spreading the cement evenly into all corners of the room.
