available with 450 airlines, including low cost carriers. Each booking is
subjected to a fare search to find the cheapest price for that itinerary.
Hotel reservations within the UK
and worldwide, made at corporate, preferred and negotiated rates.
Car Hire We book all the major car hire companies
such as Alamo, Dollar, Europcar, Avis and Hertz
Rail National Rail, Eurostar, Eurotunnel
and continental rail.
Ferries We will make reservations
not only for cross channel ferries including Eurotunnel but also for many
other N. American and European services including the Scottish ferries,
Out of Hours Service is provided
by our own staff who can assist at any time when we are closed.
Profiles both personal and
corporate are held ensuring that travel policies are always adhered to and
personal preferences actioned.
Passport & Visa We inform you
of any visa requirements necessary to undertake a journey and will provide
application forms and lodge completed applications on your behalf. The '
Visa button to the left also gives comprehensive advice on visas.
Technology
Our chosen Computerised Reservation System is Worldspan
and this is used by all our business travel consultants. Our back office
system, 'TACTIC' is interfaced to Worldspan.
Management Reporting
We offer 'Data On Demand' our, possibly unique, business travel management report
system obtainable through the internet. You
can obtain a great variety of reports and retrieve your companies data when
it suits you. The data
can be filtered and sorted by name, operator, destination or
product type and turnover per quarter. The results can also be copied and pasted into an excel
spreadsheet.
Account Facilities
We offer account facilities to
businesses that have a reasonable credit rating. Alternatively we
are happy to accept payment by credit card.
